The iCTF 2024 will take place from November 16, 2024, at 10 am Pacific Time to November 22, 2024, at 4pm Pacific Time.
As it was for the 2023 edition of the iCTF, there will be two separate competitions: one dedicated to high school teams (hiCTF) and one for college undergraduate students (uniCTF). Both competitions will be challenge-based and will use CTFd as the platform. They will also incorporate themes around artificial intelligence.
iCTF 2024 will be sponsored by the ACTION AI Institute and will be organized and run by WiCS and Shellphish. ActiVision has generously provided support as well, allowing the iCTF high school track to provide prizes to top high schools. 1st place = $3,000. Note: while any high school is able to participate, only US high schools are eligible to receive prize money. (UPDATED September 18, 2024.)
Starting on August 19, we will make available the challenges from the 2023 edition of the iCTF through a CTFd instance, to help in preparation and training.
Register your team of up to ten players using the form linked here. Note that an associated faculty/lecturer/teacher is required, as all teams will be vetted. An institution can have multiple, non-colluding teams.
